Paperwork Reduction Act Notice

The Paperwork Reduction Act of 2024 has eased the Affordable Care Act's reporting requirements. Employers are no longer required to furnish Forms 1095-B and 1095-C to individuals unless requested. To request a copy of these forms or to receive more information, contact Shana Woodard at the office of Financial Management.
